the Strange things Star recently sat for an interview with Alex Cooper’s Call her father Podcast, where she opened her passion for playing strong women on the screen – heroes.
Because she promotes her the latest movie, Electrical statusBrown explained that she is intended in the roles she takes – and has a good reason for that.
“I think there are enough men’s heroes there,” she said.
“Like, I feel that we have seen enough, do you know what I mean? I love it for them, I love it for them, but I feel that we need young girls to be able to see the heroes as females and to be able to feel that we are able to save the world as well, and it is a greater correspondence that girls are able to be decision makers, and change the world for the better. So why don’t you see the heroes on the screen they can Their echo?
For Brown, the choice of roles is not only related to job growth – it is related to influence. She wants young girls to watch her films to walk away from inspiration.
“Of course, I want to branch and work on different things, but for me, there is a necessity in that if a little girl is watching, how will you feel watching this? Will you feel empowering, will you feel that she can move forward forward in a really inspiring way? All you have done so far, and the electrical state definitely feeds that.”
