Lady Gaga is the upcoming waves, and the surf plate alongside the ocean.
The singer faces some legal issues, as the California browsing company claims that she has passed her logo to her Chaos Mirch.
Lost International, a brand for browsing and lifestyle, has filed a lawsuit against pop star, claiming that the images used to promote her new album are “almost not almost not identical” for the logo they used since 1986.
According to the complaint, which was filed at the California Provincial Court on March 25, Lost International says Chaos Design in 2015 and used it for years on surfing, clothing, accessories and surfing videos.
But Gaga’s legal team does not ride this wave without a fight.
Her lawyer, Orine Snyder, rejected the lawsuit that it is nothing more than an attempt to benefit from its success.
“The chaos of Lady Gaga has increased to records No. 1 and the shattered, a testimony of her unparalleled talent and its global impact. It is disappointing – but hardly surprising – that someone is now trying to benefit from its success with an unfounded lawsuit from the name of chaos,” he said in a statement.
“This is nothing more than an opportunistic abuse or is worthy of the legal system.”
However, Lost International argues that the similarity is very close to ignoring.
The company claims that Mirch Gaga can mislead the public to believe that it is linked to its brand, which may harm his reputation. According to the case, they even sent a letter to the Gaga team, but it was ignored.
Despite the legal drama, Gaga Chaos The album was a great success, as it appeared first on the Billboard 200 chart.
With the start of the Ball Ball tour in July, it appears to have a lot to focus on it – on the other side of facing this courtroom.
