Witchbroook, the comfortable SIM that was appointed to a Chucklefish processor, finally received the version window eight years after the initial disclosure.
Although Project Spellbound, as it was known, was first neglected in 2016, Witchbroook Proper was announced in 2017. It was immediately presented with Stardew Valley, which was also published by Chucklefish, and in 2020 it turned into an equal measurement.
Besides taking a look at new screenshots in 2022, only little appeared from the game. To this day! During Nintendo Direct, we finally got a version window in Winter 2025 via PC, Nintendo Switch and Xbox – including one -day game version.
Witchbrook has players who score in the luxurious magic college, who are able to explore the coastal city of Mossport, the surrounding forests, and the same total territory. In fact, four players can explore together in multiple cooperative players online.
Players will be able to learn new magic capabilities to support themselves, local companies and society, make friends and romance other personalities, renew the cute forest hut and its garden, and spend some time between the classes by searching for handicrafts, selling them and entering seasonal events.
“Witchbroook is the most exciting project that I have ever worked on, and it’s time for a long time, but I am very excited to get the game in the hands of the players soon,” said Chucklefish Cto Rodrigo Braz Monteiro.
“I do not think that the level of simulation and sincerity that we targeted in this game is expected from any games less than AAA, and its vision is achieved in the ART Art Indie game was very satisfactory to us. At the moment, we only share a small glimpse into a wide game, and I cannot wait until society sees what will come over the next few months.”
“Witchbroook is a speech of our love to the studied life, the calm magic of slow moments, and the links we share with each other and the world around us.” “Whether the players are exploring individually or participating in adventure, we hope that Witchbrok will become a relaxing space and make permanent memories.”
Witchbroook was shown in Nintendo Direct today, along with a first look at Metroid Prime 4: Beyond Gamelay, and a new look at Pokémon myths: ZA, and the new Tomodachi game scheduled in 2026.
