In another letter in 2024, Sinema told Amiel that she was skipping that year’s State of the Union address because she didn’t want to hear “an old man, President Biden, talk about the legislation I wrote.” When Amell texted Sinema about having missionary sex with the lights on, the then-senator responded: “Boring!”
Earlier that year, Amell admitted that Sinema was “helping” him on one occasion, holding his hand and touching him. They then traveled to San Francisco on business, until Sinema invited Amiel to her hotel room, where he stayed “for hours.”
In April, Amell spent time alone with Sinema at her apartment in Washington, D.C., and in May she paid for his “psychedelic treatment” in Nashville, Tennessee.
