Ula Vulcan penetrates a night sky on the historic national security mission

UNITED LAUNCH Alliance took out its first launch in Volcan Senthor for this year on Tuesday evening, the first of which is the space force.

Spacex, PaceX, has provided the other basic launch in DOD, to make their engines in the United States, as well as the blue origin, which has received future launch contracts.

“We continue to maintain our guaranteed access to space with at least two companies from the two independent missile service companies that we can benefit from to obtain our capabilities in orbit,” Horne said.

Ula and Spacex divided the last round of the national security tasks granted between 2020-2024 to be transferred between 2022-2028, which is worth about $ 8.5 billion.

The two companies have the largest part of the five-year-old pieces of task orders, which are worth at least $ 13.7 billion covering 84 expected tasks as it is removed from 2025-2029 to launch until 2032. The blue origin will also be from the mix when the New Glen paradox is adopted.

For space power, Horn said it was good to return to tasks.

ULA has its next task for Space Force, USF-87, which was granted in 2021 and was planned to launch 2023, as the next national security mission, which could be among the six missiles ULA Airlines before the end of the year.

But the first step is to get USF-106 from Earth.

“These will be the most powerful Volcan so far,” said Gary Wintz, Vice President of its governmental and commercial programs.

The launch will be the National Security trip 101 through the previous trip that was transferred to Ula’s Uptable of Atlas and Delta Rockets since the formation of the company in 2006 as a partnership between Lockheed Martin and Boeing.

“We are proud to hand over the majority of critical satellites in our country to the orbit and we look forward to continuing this ability,” Witz said.

“Volcan integrates the best atlas and delta heritage, and has created a single launch car for ULA to support the full spectrum of the needs required by the national security security agent.”
