US President Donald Trump announced the scope of mutual definitions imposed against nearly 200 global trading partners, saying that the United States was “looted” and “looted” by other countries and needs to respond.
The list of countries and regions, which have been placed through eight pages of documents, includes a 10 percent basic tariff for countries but imposes higher duties on many other countries.
Canada has not yet been affected – but still faces existing tariffs in addition to the tariff for the previous threatened cars that started on Thursday.
The graph shows that the United States will impose a 34 percent tax on imports from China, 20 percent on European Union products and 25 percent on South Korea.
