President Donald Trump announced in a Truth Social post on Tuesday that he would “completely and completely” terminate any documents signed by former President Joe Biden, including pardons and commutations.

“Any and all documents, proclamations, executive orders, memorandums, or contracts signed by order of the notorious and unauthorized ‘AUTOPEN,’ within the administration of Joseph R. Biden Jr., are hereby null and void and of no force or effect,” Trump wrote.

“Anyone receiving a ‘pardon’, ‘commutation’, or any other legal document so signed, please note that said document has been fully terminated, and has no legal effect. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

The post asserts that Trump is doubling down on his potential actions after announcing last week that he would invalidate any executive orders signed using a robotic pen by former President Biden.

Fox News Digital confirmed that the list of pardons that are likely to be canceled does not include Hunter, the son of former President Biden, as it was signed by hand. The New York Times reported that the list of alleged automatic pardons includes Dr. Anthony Fauci and his brother James Biden.
