Atty. General Bam Bondi appointed the Riverid County Bill Bill Essly Bill – who is a prominent and controversial Republican voice in California – as an American lawyer in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, according to an email sent to the office staff and reviewed by the Times on Tuesday.

Essayli sent one letter to the president of the association, Robert Rivas, later on Tuesday, resigning from his seat to accept the appointment.
The sources familiar with this, but they are not authorized to publicly discuss that Essayli will be a temporary lawyer for the United States, and will still need to nominate President Trump and confirm it by the Senate in order to fill the position on a permanent basis.
“I intend to implement the president’s mission to restore confidence in our judicial system and follow up on those who dare to harm the United States and the people of our nation,” Essly said in a statement.
Essayli, who was elected, represented part of the Rivside County in 2022, partially named politics by attacking what he calls “wake up” policies of the liberal majority in California, Sacramento. It will assemble the central region of California, the region’s most populated American lawyer, which covers about 20 million people in seven provinces.
Essayli, 39, was a strong supporter of Trump over the years. Last May, after Trump condemned the criminal crime associated with an illegal influence plan on the 2016 elections, Essayli posted on Facebook that he is looking to elect Trump as president to “restore the rule of law and our constitutional principles.”
He criticized Covid-19 restrictions, critical race theory and California policies aimed at protecting LGBTQ students. He strongly pushed to take “parents’ rights” measures that would impose informing parents whenever the child is determined as a transgender or requests to change their name or conscience in school.
The same case was the Trump administration axis, which announced last week that it was investigating the California Ministry of Education for allegedly blocking this information from parents.
American lawyers are political appointed, and a circle in such jobs is common in new departments. However, the choice of Essayli comes amid Trump’s strong efforts to install loyalists at the highest levels of government, including in law implementation. This also results in allegations that the Trump administration is to employ and shoot at the attorneys of the Ministry of Justice based on purely policy and allegiance to Trump and his allies.
Last week, the White House, Adam Shelvver, a federal public prosecutor in Los Angeles, ended an investigation into the executive official of Trump’s business.
McKinale has been the US lawyer for the prosecution since Martin A. Estrada, who is appointed by Biden, in January.
In his e -mail on Tuesday, McKinale Isleh praised as a strong choice and his choice by Bondi as a vote for confidence in the staff of the Central Province Office, who said he was doing “incredible work”.
“Those who worked with Bell can testify to this commitment to public service and make the residents of this province safe,” he wrote. “It is a testimony to the office that the public prosecutor has appointed one of our youth in this role.”
During Trump’s first period, then. General Jeff Sessions Nicolas Hanna was appointed as a temporary lawyer for the United States in Los Angeles the following month, and Trump nominated Hanna to the office and was later confirmed by the Senate. Essayli can follow a similar path like Hanna, although Trump’s intentions were not immediately clear.
The White House did not respond to a request for comment on Tuesday. Essayli also refused to comment when he was asked earlier on Tuesday if he was appointed to this position.

Essayli is part of a group of River County governors and have relations with the White House, where many of them met with Donald Trump Junior and Eric Trump, the sons of the president, just days before the elections. The group included the Sharif of the Riferside County Chad Bianco, who is now nominating the position of governor, and the Evangelical Priest Tim Thompson, leader of the Church of 412 in Maurita.
Essayli has worked in the past, including the challenges facing the restrictions of Covid-19 in the state, with Harmet Delon, another lawyer from the state that Trump nominated to head the Civil Rights Department of the Ministry of Justice.

Essayli is the son of Lebanese immigrants and the first person in his family to graduate from the college, according to his biography of his assembly. He is a Muslim, and in the past he said: “My religion pays an ethical compass, but this is not all I am.”
A graduate of the Law Faculty of Chapman, served Essayli as a local prosecutor in the Office of the Prosecutor for the Riferside Province, then as an American lawyer in the central region, where he deals with issues dealing with “violent and organizing crime, identity theft, bank fraud, securities fraud, and fraud in white curry, and his series to move.
It was also part of the prosecutor’s team who dealt with the San Bernardino terrorist attack and mass fire in 2015, as McKinali indicated in his e -mail.
Essayli ran for the first time for positions in 2018 with a focus on California gas tax, lost. In 2022, he ran again and won with a focus on school issues – as he detonated “warriors woke up” for their local children, including “our past sins.”
After winning, Essayli became a controversial fellow in Sacramento.

It has been repeatedly removed from the committees by Democratic leaders, who criticized him alike for not attending the sessions of the sub -committee and directing personal attacks to his colleagues from the association, including on social media.
Essayli has received attention in the Republican circles outside California for a draft law submitted that would impose on schools to tell parents who determine the transgender people, express the interest of their consciences or socially transition in school.
A member of the association threw this procedure as a “parental rights” bill, but the LGBTQ defenders severely criticized him as a “picnic” that would endanger children in not accepting homes. The draft law has never acquired a traction in Sacramento, but some school councils have provided similar measures at the local level. Democrats in Sacramento responded by pushing a law prohibiting such policies at the state level.
Trump has made a severe campaign against the rights of transgender people during the elections, and has since provided many executive orders trying to expand the scope of those rights, including schools, sports and health care. He claimed, like Essayli, that such policies are “common sense”.
Essayli accused the liberal and legitimate teachers in California of managing the “brain washing” process in schools where they tell kindergarten students that they “can choose one of 20 soldiers” and then “washing the brain” in thinking that their parents will expel them from their homes if they tell them what is going on.

Essayli said that “his fear is that they will start providing medical services in schools,” as state teachers and other external medical care providers, such as family organization, will start providing 12 -year -old students with hormonal therapy and other medical treatments in the school without knowing their parents or consent.
“This goes down here,” Essayli claimed, without providing evidence.
Trump made similar false allegations about children who receive dangerous medical interventions to change their sexes while they are in school and are not known to their parents.
On Tuesday, California lawmakers held a hearing of the Essayli bill, which is prohibited from sexually transformed athletes from female sports. The conservative commentator witnessed Matt Walsh to support the draft law, which was eventually banned in the committee.
