Kayla Nicole, Travis Kelce’s ex, is ready to address the elephant in the room after she deleted her X account as an alleged feud with Taylor Swift heats up.
The 34-year-old sportscaster took to Instagram on Thursday, November 13, and wrote an apology in Stories.
“I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize for the hurtful tweets I posted many years ago,” Nicole began, referring to her problematic social media posts, which went viral in the wake of the drama with the pop star, 35.
The influencer went on to express her shock and sadness at the tweets herself, because she no longer held these feelings, and did not believe that she “thought or spoke that way” at all.

This comes after social media sleuths noticed that Nicole deleted her account a few weeks ago, after her racist tweets resurfaced and she began receiving backlash.
Tweets from the past resurfaced as fans of Nicole and Swift were embroiled in a social media war, with each group attacking the other.
