In February, a revolutionary housing bill was submitted at the California State Association.
The Assembly Bill 609 will simplify the process of approval of housing in multi -capacity urban areas on pre -developed lands (also known as housing). This is an alternative to the extension of the suburbs, which develops unused lands outside the cities.
California Yimbi, an organization calling for affordable housing, cooperated with Buffy Wix, representative of California, to create a bill.
