WASHINGTON-The US Department of Justice said on Tuesday that the Chinese contract disk that sponsored the state was arrested last week in Italy at the request of Washington, but the arrested man claimed to be a victim of the wrong identity.
The Ministry of Justice said that Shaw Zoe, 33, was arrested on July 3, adding that an indictment from the 1990s was neglected on Tuesday in the southern province of Texas, claiming that individual and a participant defender in computer interventions between February 2020 and June 2021.
The Ministry of Justice said in a statement that Shaw was arrested in Milan, Italy, and would face delivery procedures.

Shaw’s lawyer said on Tuesday that he is a victim of the wrong identity, that his title is very common in China and that his mobile phone was stolen in 2020.
The 33 -year -old IT director appeared in Shanghai on Tuesday before the Appeals Court in Milan, which will decide whether to be sent to the United States. The man was arrested last week after arriving at the Milmbons Airport in Milan for a vacation in Italy with his wife.

Hafenium targeted more than 60,000 American entities, according to the Ministry of Justice.
The fees included in the arrest warrant were fraud, strict identity, and conspiring to commit wire fraud and unauthorized access to the champion computers.
