Seoul, South Korea (AP) – The Truth Committee in South Korea concluded that the government is responsible for facilitating the foreign adoption program full of fraud and abuse, which is being promoted through efforts to reduce the costs of the state of luxury and enable it by special agencies that manipulate the sword and the origins of children.

AP investigations, which were also documented by Frontline (PBS), show how the South Korean government, Western countries and adoption agencies together to provide about 200,000 Korean children to parents abroad, despite years of evidence obtained through doubtful or explicit means.
Western countries have ignored these problems and sometimes pressed South Korea to continue sending children with a focus on meeting their huge internal demands.
The committee recommended that the South Korean government issue an official apology for the problems that identified and develop plans to address the complaints of adopted those who discovered that biological assets in their adoption documents had been forged.
He also urged the government to investigate citizenship gaps between adopting adoptions of the United States – the largest future for Korean children – is already implemented measures to help those who have no nationality, which can be counted by thousands.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Government, which manages adoption issues, did not immediately comment on the committee’s report.
Some criticized the adoption of the report, saying that the government’s complicity does not arise enough and that their recommendations were very weak.
