Previous research on overfishing “Najma” showed that employing stars is not only difficult but often reverse. The newly rented stars often find that it is difficult to reproduce their exceptional performance. They may also harm their new business owner, for example, by impeding innovation or lowering job occupants. This is surprising and disturbing, given the costs, time and effort involved in the recruitment process.
