
Washington seems to be the latest mandate appointed to a confrontation regarding its decision to allow biological males to play in girls’ and women’s sports, despite President Donald Trump’s executive in February.
The representative Association of the Washington Activities Association (WIAA) has proposed two amendments to its policies that would only keep girls’ sports for biological females and may provide an open department if sports students are interested.

Washington State has been established to confront the athletes crossing the gyms of girls and women.
However, the director of mobility at WIAA Sean Bessit said in a statement to Seattle Times On Tuesday, the proposals will violate the state law.
“The Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Civil Rights Office, and the Office of the Supervisor of Public Education, which proposed the proposed amendments ML/HS #7 and ML/HS No. 8 violated under the current Washington State Law, which confirms the legal review of our lawyers,“ WIAA is still committed to following the state law, and these amendments that focus on the participation of gender identity will be implemented on August 1 if it will be transferred. Under the current state law.
“If the state law is changing, the WIAA Executive Council has power and will need to change the association’s rules accordingly.”
The proposals will be voted by the representative association of 53 people, but no changes will be made to the rules. The proposals entitled ML/HS #7 and ML/HS #8 are only accurate consulting voices.
“The amendment will not be implemented under the current state law. Participation in girls’ sports will be limited to biological females,” read the ML/HS #7 proposal on the Athletics Organization website.

“The amendment will not be implemented under the current state law. Sports programs will be presented separately for boys and girls and an open section for all interested students,” read ML/HS No. 8.
Washington State Law requires local educational agencies to allow sexually transformed students to participate in sports between interlocutors “that are closely corresponding to their sexual identity,” according to WIAA.
The Kenwick School Board of Directors filed a complaint with the ninth title with the Civil Rights Office of the US Department of Education against the Director of Public Education in Washington State, Chris Ricky, this week. The complaint included an appeal to the “urgent” federal intervention against the state’s continuous policies that challenge Trump’s matter.
Rexedal previously claimed that he was “inaccurate” to say that there are only two types during a video address in late February.
“It is simply in a biological point of view that there are children only and there are only girls,” said Rekardal. “There is a continuous chain. There is knowledge of this. There are children who are born between Bensx. There are children who have hormones and who do not agree with their gender at birth.
“The laws of the United States show that children can identify and participate based on the sex in which they are determined. We will flow this law.”
Recdal also insisted on this speech that Trump has no power as head of a ban on athletes in the sport of girls, but he admitted that the US Congress was doing it.
