The Ministry of Justice requires people to report illegal visa practices that can come at the expense of American workers.
Citizens are urged to report “discriminatory” advertisements for jobs, especially advertisements that stipulate that the employer prefers people over a seasonal or H-1B visa.

The Ministry of Justice also allows people to send advice for possible human trafficking violations related to temporary visa programs.
The H-1B visas were the subject of discussion earlier this year, and many opponents have argued that they hinder American talents in the main sectors such as technology, while others think they are strengthening the economy.

The H-1B visas for the 2026 fiscal year has already achieved legal contact with 65,000 standards, and an additional 20,000 for those who have advanced certificates, according to American citizenship and immigration services. Visas are primarily dedicated to skilled workers, including “architecture, engineering, mathematics, physical sciences, social sciences, health, education, commercial specializations, accounting, law, theology and arts,” according to the agency’s website.

Republican governor of Florida, Ron Desantis, said the program “has become a complete fraud” in an interview with Laura Ingreame from Fox News on Tuesday.
