Norman Schneider could not see well, but he believed that his ears were working well.

It was on October 18, 2021. He ended in the place of his nephew, Kadi Locke Niabetong, on Angus Street, sitting in the living room. Neapetung was arguing with a man who came to Regeina’s house. Schneider later said during an interview with the police: This was the same man who was there a few days ago and his nephew “overwhelmed” a knife.

Schneider said that the man was accusing Niabetong of contacting men, noting that his nephew answered that he did not press the charges and began to tell him of getting hell out of his home.

Then his nephew came walking in the living room.

“I thought it had ended and suddenly I heard that big boom.”

After seeing Neapetung hitting the ground, Schneider said he ran for his life and then called the police.

The explosion began to investigate the police, search for a suspect, the charge of first -class killing and now a trial Thomas Luis Bodchon, who admitted that he was not guilty on March 24 at the King’s Court in Regeina.

Since then, I heard the trial from several police and civil witnesses. Schneider cannot be called for testimony because he died since then, so a video of the police statement has been played for the jurors.

The martyrdom pursued an editorial statement from the Prosecutor Nathanial Skeponi, who told the jury that he expected that they would hear through the trial that both Bodechon and Neapetung have feelings towards a woman – Kelisha Jackson. Skeponi said he expected to hear that Jackson was dating back to Bodchon, despite living with Neapetung. Public Prosecutor said he expected that they would hear evidence that Bodchon was planning to kill someone before he said he did so specifically.

Although the police have repeatedly requested, Schneider could not provide a lot of visual description of a man who believed he had shot his nephew, regardless of saying that he had a “darker skin” as he was “half an Indian or something like that.”

He later qualified: “I can’t see it worth the shit.”

But Schneider said he knew that he was one of the men who came to collect some women’s property on October 16, 2021. Neapetung mentioned the name “Thomas” regarding the accident.

Investigation and detention

Regeina Police Service (RPS) Const. Brandon Bon witnessed that he was the first to respond to Angus Street on October 16, 2021. Jackson was at home, as was another man. However, under the interrogation by the defense lawyer, Bhavan Gagy, the officer said he had not seen Budon at home.

He witnessed that Jackson was collecting property and Niabetong looked “disgusting” with her. Later, Neapatuung showed him a wound on his left arm near the elbow joint.

When the police arrived at the scene of the accident two days later, after they contacted Schneider, they found Napatung on the ground with a gun wound on his upper back. RPS Const. Cortis Warner told the court that he photographed the scene, including injuries in Naphong, as a forensic investigator. Warrnar testified that from the scene, he seized two pieces of what he described as a gun filling (part of a rifle shell that is expelled upon firing) and balls.

RPS sergeant. Claudio Sirano, one of the main investigators, said the police considered that Bushon was suspected after interviews.

However, Bodechon will not be arrested until several days later, on October 25, 2021, after the police issued a required notice. He was in Saskaton, where he had broke himself in a garage before trying to set fire to him, Serio witnessed, noting that the gun in a backpack was seized at the scene.

The last of the jury would not be listening to a rifle and a back bag.

Romance, teeth and violence

Taylor Hox told the court that he was the best friend with Neapetung and said Bodechon was his “brother”.

Neapetung described as “obsessed” in Jackson, who lived with him but “he does not want to be there.” Hawks said he was “guess” that by October 2021, Jackson and Bodchon participated in a romantic way.

Prosecutor David Bellinger Al -Saqour asked about the morning of October 18, 2021 – Neapetung was shot.

Hawks said that Bushon appeared at his home on Ray Street (not far from Nabitung’s place) with a “original man” he did not know. Bodechon had a backpack with him and there was a width rifle.

The witness presented a description of the rifle that matches a police photo of a reformed firearm.

“He asked me about the teeth,” he witnessed, explaining that it means ammunition.

However, no, as Hawx indicated.

The witness said Bushon told him that he intended to go to filming Niabetong. This disturbs the hawks and told Bodchon not to follow up.

Hawks said he asked Bodchon to put the gun before his girlfriend Jean Atheon saw her.

Atheon told the court that she saw the gun when Bushon showed her in her bedroom, adding that she also saw two “bullets” in his bag. She also witnessed that after telling her about his plans, she asked Bodechon not to shoot Neaketung – who also described her as her best friend.

Atheon saw that she hadn’t seen Bodechon with anyone else after that.

Both witnesses witnessed that Bodechon left their home, just to return after a short time.

Atheon said when he returned with a “short” man. She explained that Bodchon smells of sweat had collapsed on the floor of the living room, as he could not breathe. His shirt later added.

Hawks noticed that Bodishon was “panting”, but he said he seemed “happy and happy.”

Both witnesses witnessed that Bodechon told them at the time that he shot Neapetung. After that, they said, Bodechon and the other man left their house. Hawx said he gave them custom bikes.

When Pillangger was wondering about the hawks about the other man who was said to be with Bodchon, the witness became upset.

“He is the person who shot him,” Hawx said, referring to the trial man.

Drugs and memory

Under the interrogation, Jaggi tested the memory of the two witnesses, who confirmed that they were smoking the crystalline methamphetamine in the history concerned.

“I was a big head head,” Hoix confessed.

However, the defense lawyer told his memory “photographic”.

Atheon admitted that she could not remember everything that is happening when she was high, but she said that she was not “high” in the history in question and remembers what was said.

Both stated that he smokes methamphetamine with a podchon.

Hawks Gagi told that the history of Bodchon showed him that the Venice was on October 16, 2021 and was injured when the lawyer interrogated him from other cases that Bodchon may have seen.

When they were pressured, both witnesses denied telling them what he was saying in court.

The trial is scheduled to continue until April. The defense has not had an opportunity to contact the evidence.
