Atlanta Dream Bretney Greener star threw early in the second half of a match with Dallas Wings on Wednesday night after entering it with an official.
Greener was fighting for a recovery with Haley Jones and was called for a mistake in the third quarter of the College Park center in Arlington, Texas. Greener seemed very quickly with Jones, and tied her on her back while helping Jones maintain her balance. But Greener approached the official who called her for the mistake and started to argue with her, which quickly earned her a technical mistake.

Then Greener followed this official and contacted her while continuing to argue with the call, which automatically drew the second technical error and led to its expulsion. Grener was pulled back and out of the field almost immediately.
Greener got four points and four rebounds when they were thrown.
Griner entered tonight with an average of 10.9 points and 5.6 rebounds for each game this season, the first with a dream after spending the first 12 years in the league with Phoenix Mercury.
Atlanta currently holds a record of 15-11, the second best record of the eastern conference behind New York Freedom. The wings, which were playing in its third match in four nights, entered the competition with 8-19-even though it was 10 points new to winning freedom on Monday.
