While Australian scientists were unable to confirm the exact reason in it, the theories did the rush after orgasm of the hormones of feeling a feeling helped people get a good night.
They also noticed that the benefits of the intimate relationship of sleep seem particularly strong for women.
It is one of a collection of recent studies that highlight how sexual activity provides a set of health advantages.
In its first pleasant experience, experts recruited seven husbands of two different sexes, 26 years old, and gave them a strict schedule of sex and sleep.
For a total of 11 nights, the participants abstained from sex for seven, and they did a two -year -old self -reasons and had sex with their partner in the last two.
The couples were directed to sleep away from their partner on “self -pleasure” nights.
Experts found that those who participated in sexual intercourse with their partner were less likely to wake up at night, and thus sleep more than the nights in which they were single
For experience, the participants were told to make sexual activity the last thing they did before bed.
Participants wore a sleep tracking device that watched the time it took to sleep, how long they spent asleep, and if they wake up at night.
Then the results were sent directly to the researchers for analysis the next morning.
On average, the participants have reported to engage in self -pleasure work for 19 minutes on average, and to contact 33 minutes for each session.
Sleep tracker data showed that on the nights in which volunteers participated in sexual activity, they woke up only for 16 minutes on average during the night.
On the contrary, on single nights, they were awake for about 23 minutes on average.
Experts also found their sleep efficiency, a term that gives the total time the bed spends during the night, and was improved by 2 degrees Celsius to 93.4 percent, indicating a more comfortable night.

Writing in the magazine Sleep healthThe authors have noticed the effect of any kind of sexual activity on sleep seems to be stronger for women.
“Women sleep longer and have spent less wake up all night after individual sexual activity and partner,” they wrote.
While the study was unable to measure this directly, the researchers said they suspected hormones that were launched during sex, such as oxytocin, prolactin and endorphins, help participants to drift sleep.
The scientists said that their experience is the first to use digital sleeping devices to measure the effect of sexual activity on sleeping in people’s homes instead of the laboratory.
They said that this had a feature to track data in the real world, but they came with the registration that scientists were unable to “observe” directly if the participants follow the memoirs of sex and sleep properly.
Other restrictions were the size of the small study and that studies on sexual behavior can attract people who may have “higher intercourse frequencies compared to the general population.”
The researchers added that more studies cannot only include a wide range of participants, but also exploring whether orgasm is needed to see benefits to sleep.
