Former Prince Andrew friend, Mrs. Victoria Harvey, revealed the details of a new shock after the Virginia Jeffrey accident.
Lady Victoria, who briefly in Andrew in 1999, reprimanded the victim of Jeffrey Epstein Javari after she said it was “days to live” after a car accident.
