Pregnant scholars unveiled new types of plesiosaur

Pregnant scientists have identified an unusual gender and a species of manifestation of almost an early skeleton found in the bottom of the Holdaden, Germany.

The newly identified species, Long contentHe lived in the early Jurassic seas about 183 million years ago.

The length of the sea reptiles was about 3.2 meters with a neck of 1.25 meters and a tail of 81 cm.

His skeleton was dug with residues of soft, fossilized tissue originally in 1978 from a quarry in Shil Poseidonia, Holdaden, Germany, but its unique anatomical features have now been identified through a comprehensive scientific analysis.

“This sample was in groups for decades, but previous studies did not completely explore their distinctive autopsy,” said Dr. Sven Sax, the world of excavation in Naurkunde-Museum Bielefeld.

“Our detailed examination revealed an unusual mix of structural features that it clearly characterized by all the previously known Plesiosaurs.”

Long content Especially important because it represents the oldest PleSiosaur, known from the Holzmaden region.

“This discovery adds another piece to the mystery of the development of the marine ecosystem during a critical period in the history of the Earth,” said Dr. Daniel Madysia, the scientist of excavation at the Polish Academy of Sciences.

“The early period of Toarcian was distinguished when this animal lived with major environmental changes, including a major event in the oxygen oceans that affected marine life all over the world.”

This discovery shows that oil rock, which is already famous for its exceptionally preserved fossils – contains a greater diversity of sea reptiles than previously recognized.

The authors said: “The bosidonia rocks in Holdaden have previously resulted in five other types of Blaziusor, including representatives of all three Blaziusor strains.”

“This new addition enhances the formation mode as one of the most important windows in the world in the life of the marine Jurasse.”

the Results They appear on the Internet in the magazine Berge.
