Olivia Rodrigo has sent a loud and clear message to the Donald Trump administration to use her songs for their cause.
After the Department of Homeland Security shared a video asking undocumented immigrants living in the U.S. to self-deport, Guts criticized them for using her song All-American Bitch, bluntly saying she didn’t want to be associated with ICE raids under the rule.
“Never use my songs to promote your racist and hateful propaganda,” the 22-year-old American singer, songwriter and actress responded in the comments of the Instagram post.
The video, which the Department of Homeland Security shared on November 4 as a joint post with the White House Instagram account, shows images of ICE detaining people of color.
