Noah Schnapp has come a long way since he first appeared on the Netflix series in 2016.

According to the latest report of People magazineSchnapp shared that he had an opinion on the scenes that appeared in the final season of Strange things.

As fans know, the first part of the current season revealed Schnapp’s character, Will Byers, channeling Vecna’s powers.

Speaking about his character’s reveal, he claimed: “The powers were not something I had ever experienced or had to work with before.”

“And I was so excited to play with it.”

Schnapp went on to explain that the lack of precedent actually gave him more freedom in how he approached the role.

“It’s fun because there are no rules with this kind of thing. It’s just written in the script, there’s no reference, there’s no guidelines,” Schnapp continued.

“So it’s been fun to create that and play with it this season.”

Looking back on his early years on the show, Schnapp admitted that he once doubted the value of his input.

“I would say that for the first time, this year, I really learned how to form my own opinion and perspective, and come up with [creators Matt and Ross Duffer] And I say, “Well, I think this will actually work and it makes sense for Will.”

The actor noted that it is important to know “that your opinion is important and valuable.”

“When I was younger on the show, I didn’t think I had an opinion important enough to make a decision,” he recalls.
