Netflix is not all complicated for use (unless something is broken, i.e.). You log in, scroll through selections, and choose something to see it. Of course, like all services, there is more than just a meeting here. Netflix contains a few features and settings hidden under its possession, including a fairly distinctive secret code system – at least, it is special for those who know.
Netflix secret symbols
One of the best secret Netflix features is its hidden symbols, and this is really just because it is fun. Without the knowledge of many subscribers, the company uses a system of symbols to denote different categories of content. Each wide category has its own symbol, but within each of these categories there are a number of excessive categories with their own symbols.
For example, this type of “Action & Adventure” on Netflix contains icon 1365, but in that category there are sub -categories, including “Hijacking Movies” (20541), “SPY Action & Adventure” (10702) and “Comic Book and Superherro Movies” (10118). According to NetflixThere are more than 36,000 of these symbols (as such, the opposite categories) and the count. Since your application most likely does not repeat approximately 36,000 categories when browsing it, these are many different ways to sort the Netflix content you miss. But where do you find these symbols?
Netflix-codes.com She used to be the transition database of these symbols, and still appears at the top of Google search, but the site clearly lacks most of the 36,000 symbols. You will find more of these symbols on the site What is on NetflixBut even its list is only dated until 2023. However, there are more than 4,100 code here to try. Netflix may one day assemble a database dedicated to all its symbols and categories, but until then, we work with what we have.
Once you get a icon you want to use, you will need to return to Netflix. Unfortunately, you will not be able to browse Netflix codes in the app on a smartphone or tablet. These symbols only work when watching Netflix from the desktop browser. You can simply enter the code you choose in Netflix search bar, or go there directly from the following link, and replace (XX) with your favorite code: https://netflix.com/browse/genre/xx.
Find specific content types
Likewise, you can take advantage of the search job in the application or site to find the content Species Instead of only addresses. For example, you may just want to see the things available on 4K. Look for 4K, and you are golden. The same applies to Netflix Originals: The search for “Netflix” will only filter the results of the Netflix content by Netflix. Be creative with your search inquiries and see the results that appear.
Save and share clips
If you ever try to take a shot of Netflix, you will know that it is foolish. If you try it, you will only end in a black way, because Netflix prevents any screen recording tool from picking up the operating window.
But Netflix allows you to save and share clips of your favorite shows and movies – if you are playing according to its rules. If you have an advertising free account, you can start viewing or movie on your mobile application, then click the screen and choose “Moments”. Click “Save”, then click the “Share” button to send the clip to another user. Or go to the Netflix tab to see again.
Stopping the assignments
Maybe I just, but I cannot Stand Service flow that plays a preview of a show or movie when I have this specific content. I will be fine if the inspection is an option, such as a dedicated “preview” button, but for automatic inspections every time I stop scrolling on Netflix is great pain. Fortunately, you can stop this.
To do this, log in to your web browser account, click “Manage the Personal File”, then choose the profile you want to set the settings on. Click “Operation Settings”, and then desele the box next to “automatic operating devices while browsing all devices.”
What do you think so far?
Skip the introduction from your keyboard
If you see Netflix on your computer, you may use your keyboard to control the operation. The spacebar starts and stops the video, the ESC key takes you out of the screen, and the F key restores you to the screen. You may also know that the right and right arrows can exceed again and in front of 10 seconds, and arrows can be up and down the sound level, and the M key does the video.
But what you may not know is that you can also skip the introduction into a keyboard. Everything he takes with a S key when the “Skip Intro” option appears – although I am strongly believed to watch the introduction.
Manage your watch history
The things you see on your account are your work, but Netflix loves to make it everyone – at least those who can access your account. Fortunately, you can hide the elements from your hour’s date at any time, whether you see someone preferred for people to know, or note that others have seen things that do not want to appear in your history.
Return to your profile settings in the web browser, then click “View Activity”. Here, you will find a full list of everything that has been seen on your Netflix account. You can hide the individual items by clicking on the “No” icon, or clicking the “Kereat All” button to hide everything once.
While you are here, you can click “Classification” to manage the classifications you have made over the years. You can see what you classified for each element, and switching the classification into something else: either a thumb down, thumb, or dual thumb.
Lock your profile behind a pin
Do you want to prevent others on your account from seeing things in your profile? You can lock your profile behind a four -figure pin. Just return to your profile settings in the web browser and choose “Lock Profile”. Here, click “Create a file lock”, enter the account password, then follow the instructions that appear on the screen to set up your personal identification number.
