Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt went so far as to say the landmark case should be dismissed, and Tyson Foods said it would not renew contracts with poultry farmers in the Illinois River watershed unless the federal lawsuit against Tyson and 10 other poultry companies ends on terms acceptable to the defendants.
