MX Ergo Strofbal Mouse from Logitech got a permanent place at my office. Although she will participate in this place with Muse Mouse and MX Master 3s, most of my daily work looks like a tracking football man now.

Tracking ball
Design: the most comfortable mouse that you used at all
My Logitech MX Master 3s 3s is very comfortable, and MX Ergo subscribes to the same comfortable DNA, but because it does not require any wrist at all, this means that my wrists and elbows bear less stress, making the MX Ergo more comfortable between the two.
Ergo S uses a magnetic metal plate to allow you to switch between a more vertical hand position. I personally prefer the vertical position, but I can see the benefits of both.
Since you are not aimed at moving this device around it, the size of your hand does not really treat its comfort, although the left of course does not need to apply the left. Traditional traditional tracks feature a specific design, but in pursuit of comfortable improvements, this pregnant woman is right.
It is a large mouse, but its imprint is not much greater than the typical comfortable mouse, and because it does not need to move, it requires less space than the traditional mouse. You can use it on the sofa, or even on your leg without little effect on comfort or use.
Silent buttons work as announced
My wife, Ergo, uses a non -MX in daily video editing, right and left bots on this click mouse as you expect any mouse to do. One of the main points of sale in this MX Ergo S, is that the main buttons (not additional buttons) do not have an audible click.
This is completely true. It is clear that it is not completely silent, but it is very calm that may be so and there is no “click” sound. You can get enough comments on the “click” button, as it does not make any noise. They look and feel exactly as they do on MX Master 3s.
The real question is whether or not this is important to you. I have a mechanical keyboard, which makes a much larger noise than a mouse. If clicking is bothering you or working in a joint office where someone else may bother, this may be important. If it is not important, it may be logical to capture a copy other than this mouse for sale instead.
Contact and battery life
Logitech classifies this running battery battery for up to 120 days. I fully charged it before using it, and while writing this, I used it for more than a week and 15 % of the battery level has been given. In this mathematics, it seems that I may get about 60 days before the need to recharge, but I was using it for 12 hours a day between multiple devices on Bluetooth. The having to charge the mouse every two months or so hardly represents a problem in the book of anyone, so there is nothing that can be seen here.
TrackBall has Bluetooth features, so that you can switch between two devices easily preserved. I prefer three because some other mice logic, but for most people they will be fine. You can choose between Bluetooth or Logi Bolt reception. Based on your needs, the bolt reception may be more reliable and performance, but all my computers have modern Bluetooth versions and I have no problems justifying abandoning the USB port for. However, if you have a desktop computer or any other device without bluetooth, it is clear that Dongle USB is a gift from God.
I have a little negative to say about MX Ergo S – unlike the scroll wheel. Coming from the changing metal scrolling wheel on MX Master 3s, I found it very difficult to accept the wheel on the tracking ball. It is a cheap and resistant feeling, and requires a lot of effort to move to long documents. You can adjust the scroll speed using the guaranteed program, but this does not make the wheel itself feel better.
I also lack a side traffic wheel, but Logitech has intelligently included a solution where, if you stick to the dpi selector button over the ball, it will change the direction of scrolling for the mouse wheel. It takes some accustomed to this, but it is somewhat intuitive.
Resolution can be a problem for some
This is not a criticism of MX Ergo S particularly, but the general tracking mice have accurate problems that can make some tasks more difficult than they should be. I found my thumb use perfectly transmitting the cursor in most cases, but sometimes when I had to choose the text with small lines, or do some other mosa movement, this will prove a challenge. The MX Ergo S includes a DPI button that you can click to close allergy to almost anything, allowing you to make these fine movements, but it adds an additional step you can feel cloudy.
Do you have to buy Logitech MX Ergo S?
With Logitech MX Ergo S, the guide is in candy. When Logitech sent me this mouse, I wasn’t a young tracking ball, and I never bought one for myself. I used tracking balls in the past at the university or that belonged to other people, but I never loved them. After a little more than a week of using this tracking ball throughout the day, I will not leave it every day.
I will keep the beloved MXter 3s nearby when I need to process data schedules, project management software, or anything that depends on wonderful scroll wheels, but for everything else, Ergo S will pick up the recession, and now I will use it from the sofa as well!
