According to the lawsuit, Kaja Sokola repeatedly described her sister’s testimony as a personal “betrayal” and falsely accused her of deleting journals in which she described what happened with Weinstein.
The lawsuit also said Kaja Sokola falsely accused Ewa Sokola of murder, robbery, falsifying medical records, sexual impropriety and immoral conduct, and colluding with Weinstein’s defense team.
Kaja Sokola’s false claims cost Ewa Sokola referrals and led to a reduction in the number of patients and staff at her medical practice while damaging her professional reputation and standing within the medical community, the lawsuit said.
