
Jenny McCarthy got that she was not easy.
Actress and model is not strange to share the personal moments, but the last revelation is the one who strikes deeply.
In a conversation with Maria Menonus on Healing Podcast, a 52-year-old actress, opened one of the most terrifying experiences of her life-she shares her son Ivan, suffering from a semi-technical episode before diagnosing autism.
McCarthy recalls, “Waiting for paramedics when he went to a heart attack because of this seizure – there is nothing worse,” McCarthy recalls. “He is two and a half years old. It turns blue while on the phone with 911, like screaming on them in a hurry and they cannot come quickly enough.”
It is a kind of moment that none of the parents want to imagine, and for Makareth, it was changed life. She described the seam with a higher force, as she saw the first respondents fighting to save her son.
“I had a lot of conversations with God at that moment, such as returning my son,” she participated, and revealed that the paramedics had to revive Evan twice. The ordeal left emotionally, and the challenges did not stop there.
“Then I got the diagnosis of autism shortly after that,” I continued.
“I have struck such a low cycle that is exacerbated by that – seizures and the diagnosis of autism – I just remember crying in the bathroom, like one of those scenes that you see in a movie where you prefer a lot of pain, … I felt helpless.”
McCarthy welcomed Evan Joseph Ashir on May 18, 2002, with her ex -husband, John Asher.
The couple later separated from roads in 2005, and I found love again with Donni and Labrag, who embraced Ivan as his preference. the New children on the bloc Singer also has two sons of a previous relationship, making McCarthy a wife as well.
In 2007, McCarthy participated for the first time the diagnosis of autism in Ivan with the world, and over the years, she was an explicit advocate of awareness of autism.
But in this emotional reflection, she left her guard, and revealed the pain, fear and flexibility that formed her journey as a mother.
