Jamie Campbell Bower has fully embraced his Vecna alter ego once again.
According to the latest report from People magazineThe actor recently made a surprise appearance in… Stranger Things on Broadway: The First Shadowmuch to the delight of fans of the hit Netflix franchise.
Reportedly, Bauer only discovered this special opportunity during… Stranger Things season 5 The show premiered in Los Angeles last November, which left little time for hesitation once the idea was floated.
Reflecting on how quickly he agreed to the role, Power recalled a conversation involving Tony Award nominee Louis McCartney.
“One of my colleagues came up to me and said, ‘Oh, by the way, Lewis is here,'” he said.
“And I thought, ‘Oh, great. I haven’t seen him for a long time! I love him. “I can’t wait to see him.”
The actor then shared that the excitement soon took an unexpected turn.
“She was saying, ‘But before he says anything, let me tell you that they would love for you to tour New York when you’re there in December,'” Bauer continued.
Without much deliberation, the actor was immediately on board. “Sure, why not? That sounds fun!” He remembers saying.
