
India has expanded its relief efforts to help its neighbor, Myanmar, in the wake of the devastating Friday earthquake.

The situation in Southeast Asian country is still unclear after a Friday earthquake, which also caused damage in Thailand.
Myanmar Governmental TV recently reported that about 1,700 people were killed and 3400 people were in disaster, with 300 people who are still missing. The ruling military council expects the number of victims to rise.
