Hailee Steinfeld had a special moment at the Golden Globe Awards.
The actress revealed in her Beau Society newsletter that Adam Sandler personally praised her work and congratulated her husband Josh Allen during a 2026 Golden Globes interview.
In the evening, she said she “got to wear a gorgeous Prada dress for a night out with my new girlfriend and reconnect with friends I haven’t seen in years.”
“For context, Adam Sandler is a constant fixture in our house. We always have one of his movies (that night was Just Go With It),” Haley said.
“We were inspired by Halloween costumes a few years ago,” she added.
“So when Adam Sandler waved at me at the entrance to the awards show and said, ‘Hey buddy!'” the actress wrote. I loved Sinners! You are doing a great job. And congratulations to Josh!”
“I can’t wait to tell my husband,” she added, referring to Adam Sandler’s praise.
Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen are also expecting their first child together. The couple, who tied the knot in May 2025, shared the news in December.
