For more than ten years, George Clooney and Amal Clooney have been married. During this long time together, he said they never argued.
“No, I’m not lying,” the Oscar-winning director said during an appearance on New Heights, and host Travis Kelsey asked if he and girlfriend Taylor Swift had ever had a heated discussion.
“Travis, can we ask you the same questions?” the Ocean XI asks the star. In response, the NFL team laughed and said, “Well, it’s only been two and a half years, and you’re right. I haven’t gotten into an argument. Not once.”
After his response, George points out the loss of logic in arguing as a couple, saying, “Neither of us are going to win an argument, so why would we get in? Buddy, I’m 64. And what am I going to argue about at this point? You know?”
He continues: “I met this amazing woman. She is beautiful, smart, and represents the most important things I believe in in the world. And I can’t believe how lucky I am. So what am I going to fight for?”
It is worth noting that Taylor and Travis, who met for the first time in 2023, are set to get married after announcing their engagement earlier this year.
