Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, and Sabrina Carptter were among the top winners of the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAS), who greatly celebrated artists in UBS in New York on Sunday evening.
Gaga collected four awards at night including Artist of the Year, as she competed from Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Ernie Bad, and Kindrik Lamar who were all absent from this year’s event.
The prize for her fiancée Michael Polanski was also devoted to her fans, nicknamed “Small Monsters”.
Grande and Carpeter chose three prizes each. The former won the Big Big Award for the best video of the brighter days, while the new The Latter’s Rail Gong included the best pop artist.

The ceremony was hosted by LL Cool J largely outside the screen, which only presented seven awards during the Thai broadcast.
Here are five prominent moments and talk points from the three -hour Long Island Gallery, which honored the best in Music Video Medium in the past 12 months.

Gaga entered the show as the most nominated artists in the evening with 12 gestures, and took four prizes to the home “Person of the Moon” until her total career reached 22.
This places it in third place in the classification list at all, before Madonna and only Swift and Bionance, who have 30 each.
When collecting the ARTIST of the Year award, she said: “I can’t start telling you what this means for me.
“Being an artist is an attempt to connect people’s souls all over the world.”
She left the square after collecting the award, but MTV cameras later followed throughout the city to its direct party at Madison Square Garden, where she performed Abracadabra and Dead Dance.
Tim Burton directed the Gothic music video to the last song that also appeared on the soundtrack to the new Netflix AdDams exhibition, on Wednesday, where Gaga also shows a guest.
She also won awards for the best direction and technical trend of Ibrakadabra, in addition to the best cooperation for her song that dies with a smile alongside Bruno Mars.
Another cooperation in Mars, his song Apt with Rosé, Song of the Year, has won, while her South Korean clothes were named BlackPink with the Best Group Award.
“This is a really big moment for me, who is 16 years old, and anyone else dreamed of accepting equality because of their hard work,” an emotional rose said during a long speech.
2. Sabrina stands (and dance) with people crossing

Carpeter’s Short N ‘Sweet was crowned with a year’s album, while she was also called the Best Best Best Inquiry Artist and won the Manchild’s visual effects award.
She performed a tear -bound performance along with a group of clouds and dancers via signs that read slogans such as “in Trans We Trust” and “Protect the Dolls”.
Grande grabbed the video for this year, a long -shape video and the best Bob video awards for the brighter days, and thanked her father for his veil.
“This project revolves around hard work that heals all different types of shocks, returns to ourselves, young, and creating safety in our lives, which is a life process and daily practice,” she said in a letter of acceptance.
“If you are on that trip, please continue onwards, because I promise you that there are brighter days.”
Another American singer, Megan Moroni, has become the first winner in the category of her best country, am I okay?
3. Maria: The maximum respect (for the minimum voltage?)

Meanwhile, Maria Carey won the life achievement award on a night that celebrates a large extent of female artists.
The singer scored a first win in the R&B section for Type Dangerous before the Video Vanguard Prize.
“This is amazing MTV, I don’t know why it took a long time!” She jokingly said in a video message before performing later in the show.
Then the fictional singer sang a mixture of her songs, as one of the fans indicated on the Internet: “I love the voice of Maria Carey, but she has a lower energy from me on Sunday night.”
Another fan commented that she was “while she was doing a minimum”, she was “still” [being] I am omitted.
In a letter, the singer presented that music videos “are the way of life, and bringing music to my private life.”
“Let’s be honest, and sometimes they are just an excuse to bring drama and do things that I will not do in real life. Music develops, but it is fun? This is eternal.”

4. Ricky retracts years

There were live shows at night, such as Mcrae, Doja Cat and J Balvin, as well as the best new Alex Warren and Girl Girl Multi-National Katseye, who won the performance of the year.
But Ricky Martin, a Latin icon, showed Ricky Martin that he could still live in La Vida Luka with their best, and a variety of songs.
Martin said: “Accepting his award from Jessica Simpson:” We just want to break the border, and we just want to keep music alive, “Martin said. “
“This is very simple: this is all of you,” he said. “I am addicted to your applause, and for this reason I continue to return.”
The 53 -year -old rapper Posta Rims, the theater, also performed tracks including Break Ya Neck and GIMME in one night when he won the Bells The Bells Award.
Elsewhere of the night, post Malone was shown from Germany alongside Jelly Roll.
