Political prosecutors and judges are part of a “broken system” to be reformed.
During an interview with Habba in Thursday edition of Alex Marlowe’s offer Podcast, Alex Marlowe, the editor -in -chief of Brightbart, highlighted the rise of Haba inside the Trump world and her time in the western wing during what Haba called “perhaps the 100 more epic day ever.”
Haba described some prominent points during her experience as Trump’s lawyer since joining his legal team in the fall of 2021.
“Michael Cohen was the best victory,” Haba told Marlo.
“He is a person who had the opportunity to do great things and instead he got his own chaos with his taxi medals, etc., then he tried to come after President Trump,” Cohen said.
Haba said that Cohen’s action with the government led to “the same public raids and the marks of accusation” against Trump, adding that she believes that her strong representation of Trump in this case is “Why do I think he asked me to take this new role.”
She explained that her mission in her new role as an American lawyer will focus on crime control.
She said, “My mission will be the same as President Trump.” “We have to start from the crime from the streets. We must be seriously in the crime. We have to take care of the problem of immigration created by the Biden administration, and to remove illegal immigrants. Also for me, in my time in the White House, I was highly focused on human trafficking.”
“Of course, violent crime will be a priority. We want our streets safe.”
Marlo noted that Haba is known for her work to defend Trump in the case he filed against him by the New York Prosecutor Littia James regarding allegations that Trump has reduced his property for loan and tax purposes.
However, there was no “victim” in that alleged crime, Haba explained, “and they used a commercial law, Section 6312, which is not supposed to be used in the private sector.”
Haba said that James “decided to be her nose in a private sector, to a private company, in Deutsche Bank, who did not lose any money – earned money – and paid early; for years, years and years, she tried to build a case. She could not build an issue with normal rules and laws, so I used section 6312.”
The case is resumed, but Habba warned that the Lawfare tactics used by James may become the new natural.
“If you can do this to President Trump, you can do this to anyone,” and warned, echoing the Trump campaign message.
Hapba also indicated that the history of a alleged Trump crime occurred after the statute of limitations, but the state has issued legislation to change the statute.
New York Governor Cathy Hochol (D) has fallen into the law, and adult survivors are acting to give victims of sexual assault a one -year window to file legal claims against the alleged striker even if the statute of limitations pass.
“There is the ruler of Hatcheul who created the survivors of adults, acting alongside [Trump accuser E. Jean Carroll’s lawyer] Ruby Kaplan to target people for a year, and who was their first person? Donald Trump was.
This type of political sphere of non -political officials should end, as you think.
“The intervention is as [U.S. Attorney]I can say it is not a political position. “It is the matter of law and its order,” Haba said to Marlo.
Haba said it was “frustrated like most Americans” because those who have armed the legal system against Trump have not faced any consequences for this. She believes this needs to be corrected.
She said: “Watching a certificate or sessions consistent in Congress and then not to see anything that happens. This is the place where the enforcement offices need to intervene and conduct their own investigations, then direct men in blue to arrest people.” And I see all tweets, all frustration -“Why are we not arresting people? Why do not we arrest people? “We have to do this because we cannot continue to conduct investigations, not a result of accountability.”
In addition to excessive and public political prosecutors, Habba sees wider problems with the regime as well.
Hiba said of political judges, adding that government officials who decide “the evidence that enters into court, and what records that you cannot take, as I know, can destroy, destroy or destroy what they can see.
She called for reforms of the rules and ethics governing officials who make these decisions.
She said: “Start focusing on the perpetrators of the law, and the people who are truly decision -makers and can really destroy a person’s life financially, and put them in prison, such things.” “You cannot take it and mix politics in it.”
Marlo presented an example of the provincial judge James Boasburg, who prevented Trump’s deportation trips to the gang members and is now dealing with the Sign Group Chat suit. Boasberg and his wife are prominent democratic donors. “Only it looks very crazy that cannot be true,” said Marlowe.
This is just one example of the biased judges that she and Trump faced, as Habba said, on the pretext that Congress, who established the court’s system, has the authority to change or even smoke.
She said: “Do not forget that we are born these federal courts, and if it is about it, we will play a ball with you, just as you play with us.” “There is a separation of the authorities for some reason. It is achieved and balances. It is all these things. But this has not yet ended.”
