Emma Roberts speaks candidly about how she was shaped by the challenges that came with being a mother.
In a recent conversation with Harper’s Bazaar Spainthe 34-year-old star spoke candidly about how becoming a mother to son Rhodes has changed her in her personal and professional life.
“Motherhood has given me so much depth in my feelings and understanding, both personally and professionally. Seeing everything through his eyes is beautiful and changes your perspective on the world,” she began.
the Scream Queens The star went on to say: “I also find it inspiring for my work. I’ve had some dark nights postpartum. Using those feelings creatively is interesting.”
“My son is about to turn five, and I feel like I’m still discovering who I am, as a person and as a mother. I try to do my best, although I don’t always succeed, but I try.” American Horror Story The actress added.
It is worth noting that Roberts welcomed Rhodes back in December 2020 with his former Garrett Hedlund. However, after Rhodes’ first birthday, Roberts and Hedlund parted ways.
Now Roberts is engaged to her new partner, Cody John.
