Dwayne Johnson recently shared warm advice for his fans in a new social media post.
Crushing machine The actor took to Instagram on October 28 and posted a clip of himself and his mother, celebrating her 77th birthday.
In the clip, The Rock sings the song “Happy Birthday” and then asks her to eat the last piece of cake.
Jungle trip The actor can be seen talking to his mother and asking her to express her feelings.
Dwayne’s mother wishes her family the best and praises her son for the man he has become.
Red Notice The actress later gets emotional and taps her mother on the forehead in the clip.
The Rock then delivers a key message to his social media followers and fans about caring for their aging parents or loved ones.
He calls his mother “Mama Rock.” Moana 2 “The realization here as a son, when you hear your mom say ‘I feel good, I feel great right now,’ that really is the best feeling in the world,” the actor wrote.
“I grew up as an only child, and my mother is all I have left of my father, and one of the most important jobs I do these days is to create moments of joy and keep them happy,” says the 53-year-old.
Ultimately, Dwayne suggests, “As our loved ones get older, this is good practice for all of us. Keep them happy, create those joyful moments and make them smile.”
“Eating cake and ice cream always helps keep the tears away when they get emotional,” he concludes.
