This chemical factory in Texas can get its own nuclear reactors

Nuclear reactors can one day operate a chemical factory in Texas, making it the first with such a facility on the site. The factory, which manufactures plastic materials and other materials, can become a model for energy -thirsty data centers and other industrial processes to move forward.

These plans are the Dow Chemical and X-Energy work, which submitted a request for a constructive permit last week with the Nuclear Regulatory Committee, the United States that governs nuclear energy.
