The Bears announced after the game that Moore had been transported to a local hospital to receive “precautionary medical care.” The team did not announce a specific injury to Moore.
Moore had three catches for 42 yards in the Bears’ narrow 25-24 Week 6 win. He took some hard hits in the contest and was seen scowling on the sideline at times, but he never left the game.
