Andrew, who lost his titles of Duke and Prince while also being stripped of his Knighthood of the Order of the Garter, has been brought to his knees by the Epstein scandal.

His stunning fall from grace was caused by his ongoing relationship with pedophile financier Epstein.

While he has repeatedly claimed to have cut ties with the convicted sex offender, The Sun revealed on Sunday that he sent an email to his friend Jeffrey several months after claiming he had cut off contact.

The scandal surrounding him and sexual assault accuser Virginia Giuffre erupted when Andrew took part in the now-infamous Newsnight interview.

During the television interview, he denied that he had met Virginia Giuffre.

However, Geoffrey She said Andrew had sex with her at Maxwell’s London home in 2001 – a claim he continued to vehemently deny.

An infamous photo showing him putting his arm around the 17-year-old at Maxwell’s London home in 2001 was used as evidence to bolster her claim.

Lady Giuffre said the photo was evidence that Andrew had abused her, but the former prince claimed the photo had been doctored.

The scandal led to Andrew losing his titles and status as a member of the royal family, as well as the privileges that come with it.

The disgraced monarch was stripped of his titles as Duke of York and Prince before agreeing to leave Royal Lodge, his home at Windsor, amid mounting pressure.

However, Andrew’s eviction is likely to be delayed until February, as he is said to be struggling to downsize.

He was given marching orders from his 31-room palace, where he was paid “peppercorn rent” by his brother, the king.

He appeared briefly at the private christening of his granddaughter Athena at St James’s Palace on 12 December.

It was his first event alongside the royal family since King Charles began stripping him of his titles.

He had previously been summoned to appear before Congress as the scandal surrounding him and the Epstein affair emerged, an invitation he ignored.

The data dump containing new images of the disgraced King came after US Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said “several hundred thousand” documents from the so-called “Epstein files” would be made public before the legal deadline.

He said the need to protect victims of sex offenders meant thousands more would be released in the coming weeks.

The US Department of Justice was legally obligated to release all files related to the Epstein investigation by midnight on Friday after the Epstein Files Transparency Act was passed.

Epstein was found dead in his cell at a federal prison in Manhattan, New York, in August 2019, while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. His death was considered a suicide.
