“The lack of deficit and nervous diversity, along with discrimination and stigma, can significantly affect the lives and professions of disabled doctors.”
He added that those who have already overcome personal obstacles should not face additional barriers, such as strict examination policies or have been subjected to impairment unfairly throughout their career.

“Without the inclusion and representation of the disabled in all areas of life, sympathy will never be achieved at the level of society and easy access to it.”
“As a comprehensive employer, we support resident doctors with any adjustments they need,” said a spokesman for NHS Wales.
“We register these amendments and share them safely with health councils, as they are based on implementation.
“We can work with health councils to support them as needed.
“Since health councils are responsible for the ROTA administration, we are actively working with them to review reasonable adjustments – including the patterns of transformation and night action.”
“We expect that all NHS Wales organizations will enhance actively, and legally requests the support of disabled employees through reasonable amendments and anti -discrimination measures according to the Equality Law.”
