Dave Chappelle announces a new special on Netflix called “The Unstoppable”

Dave Chappelle, who has previously appeared in several specials, announced his new show on Netflix tonight.

Named unstoppable, The comedian made the announcement ahead of the highly anticipated boxing match between Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua.

“I wanted to pay tribute to my hometown, Washington, D.C., and thank everyone who came out in October to support me on this show,” he says. “I just want you to know that the show will be streaming on Netflix tonight after the fight. My new special drops, I hope you like them. Thank you so much.”

This isn’t the first time Dave has teamed up with Netflix for a special. His previous streamer gigs include The Age of Spin, Deep in the Heart of Texas, Equanimity, The Bird Revelation, Sticks & Stones, The Closer, and The Dreamer.

Not to mention, a recorded speech by the comedian, which he gave at his alma mater, was also released on the streamer.

Meanwhile, the fight between Jack and Paul, in which the latter won by knockout, attracted many celebrities. From Netflix chief content officer Bela Bajaria to director Benny Safdie, as well as comedians Bert Krischer and Matt Rife, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, and singer Shaggy, among others.
