Danielle Brooks recalled the time her daughter Freya lost a tooth.
In a new chat with People magazineDanielle Brooks has revealed a funny parenting moment when her 6-year-old daughter, Freya, accidentally lost a tooth and swallowed one of her own.
“She lost her third tooth and swallowed it by accident,” Brooks, 36, said.
Despite the unfortunate incident, she said the tooth fairy is still making her rounds.
“This tooth fairy keeps showing up.” Minecraft movie The star said.
“She came. Yes. I literally flew in and made sure she got her money,” she added.
It’s worth noting that Brooks previously described her daughter as having a little bit of Beyoncé in her.
In October 2025, when asked if Freya had started dance lessons, the Peacemaker actress revealed, “She dances, and it’s like tap and ballet, and I have to see her perform.”
“My daughter performed, and she was like Beyoncé, because she found herself kind of stepping in front of everyone, so she really had her own Beyoncé moment. She was really sweet. A diva in training.”
Danielle shares Freya with her husband, Dennis Gillen, who she says is equally enamored by their daughter’s bubbly personality.
