There seems to be a good amount of cooperation between China and some drug gangs in Central and South America. We have known some time now that China was providing cartals with fentanel and other drugs and drugs. Now it seems as if some Chinese interests actually work to launder the cartel money through American financial system.
Chinese networks are laundering billions of dollars from the drug cartel money through the American financial system, according to a new report issued by the Treasury.

“Money laundering networks related to individual passports holders from the People’s Republic of China enable the Kartitat to poison Americans in fentanel, conduct human trafficking, and take chaos between societies through our great nation,” said the Minister of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence John Hurley.
Well, this definitely puts a completely new spinning on the term “Chinese washing”.
The Fincen Employment Network report makes it as if Mexico has more strict controls than the United States, which leads to the use of the American system, not the Mexican, to implement this money laundering.
