According to Radar Online, the actress and singer wants only one thing before she turns 80, which is to make it official with her child, who is four decades younger than her.
“She’s now telling him how she’d love to get married on or before her 80th birthday, which would be a perfect way to celebrate her milestone. She can merge their lives as one much easier once they become man and wife,” an insider told the outlet.
Sources indicate that the music producer “has managed to evade the marriage conversation since it arose.”
Adding: “If Cher had had her way, they would have run away initially, but he wanted to put on the brakes and tell her there was no need to formalize things.”
“If he doesn’t step up to the plate and get married, she will very seriously consider putting an end to his gravy train. This is a surefire way to get his attention,” the source said.
Despite her inner circle being warned about Alexander’s motives, sources claim: “She’s telling everyone this relationship is the real deal, and the haters can say what they want because Alex isn’t going anywhere.”
