Channing Tatum was completely naked when he met him Roof man Co-star Peter Dinklage co-stars for the first time.
The 45-year-old Hollywood actor plays real-life thief Jeffrey Manchester in the new film which shows him hiding out in a Toys R Us store and in one scene he asks the actor to run through the store without any clothes on – and Tatum has now revealed he never met Dinklage until they filmed the awkward moment together.
He said Hollywood Reporter: “Peter Dinklage was so funny and fun in that scene. It was our first scene together, our first real interaction.”
Channing continued, “And it’s weird. It’s not the best time to meet someone when everything is out there for the world to see. But it was fun in the end.”
“But you just have to rip the band-aid off and just say, ‘Okay, I don’t know. I don’t care. Let’s just get it. Roll the camera,'” he explained.
Channing admitted that they shot the scene several times and he still doesn’t know how director Derek Cianfrance managed to remain so humble.
He added: “I wish we had only done it twice. We did it a lot. A lot. A lot. But then Derek said: ‘Well, what do you want me to do with it?’ Because you can see things…
“In the end, I don’t really know what he did. I don’t know. He was at some point going to put black tape over the thing on film, and blur things out.” Magic Mike Star added.
He added: “And I say: Dude, don’t make it weird. You’ll take people out of the movie. Don’t do it.”
Derek responded, according to Channing Kahn: “And he’s like, ‘Okay, what do you want me to do, just make it go away?’ I say: No, don’t make it disappear. I don’t want to look like a Ken doll. There is nothing there. This is terrible. I don’t want to look like I have a hill or something. It’s a terrible idea!
“I was like: I don’t know. Don’t even tell me what you’re doing. Just don’t make it seem weird. Don’t make it look like I don’t have anything, but don’t make it NC 17,” Channing Tatum concluded.
