Fox News host Bret Bayer He gave an interview on Wednesday night with Vice President Kamala Harris, and told his colleagues that he had a feeling early that Harris “would be difficult to re -direct without trying to boycott.”
The interview, the first on the right -wing network since it became the democratic candidate, has been broadcast on Special report After filming it in the previous hour. According to Bayer, the interview was scheduled at 5 pm, but Harris appeared 15 minutes late. I complained like “Kicker ice” in football.
“We were supposed to start at 5 pm, this was the time they gave us. Originally, we would have done 25 or 30 minutes. They entered and said,“ Well, maybe 20. ”So, the vice president appeared at about 5:15 pm.
The Fox host, who would continue to boycott Harris’s responses several times, said that their first exchange – to immigration – is highlighting that it would be “difficult”.
“I can say when we are starting to talk that it will be difficult to re -direct without trying to boycott,” said Bayer, who likened to an interview with Barack Obama years ago. “I did this with President Obama – at some point I just said,” Mr. President, I know that you like to excel. “I didn’t even have the opportunity, sometimes, to re -direct these ways.
Bayer later said that it was about the conclusion of the interview, he could see the members of the Harris team indicating that his time had ended.
He said, “I am talking, for example, four people waving their hands as they should stop,” adding that Harris may benefit through similar interviews in the future.
“Maybe she should do more,” he said.

Later, in an interview with a conservative personality Mark LevinBayer expanded, saying: “There was little frustration” and this, “I had a lot of things to reach it.
“I was hoping that this was a civilian, but it was good for her to come and I think she should do more of her, but I was just trying to deal with talk points and took some time, and it was a little, as you know, intersection, and a kind of breath.”
“They wanted a viral moment,” Bayer suggested, repeating how he claimed that his first time was cut by the Harris campaign and that Harris was late.
“I was really hoping that it would go the way I imagined and that was more like a conversation on the topics. We can say,“ You have differences, this is where I am, ”I will press but in a respectable way. I have done a lot of those interviews in which it is truly fruitful that there is something useful in there to be any place, and I have learned something about politics and where they are more than that. So I must be able to get my questions as much as I can in a respectable but difficult way and I hope you will return when you are in a different and reliable mood and learn more.
