“Blood Moon” rises during the overall eclipse of the moon

The stars in Johannesburg were among those who got a clear vision of the blood moon.

The stars enjoyed the stars of “Blood Moon” on Sunday night during the overall visible lunar eclipse throughout Asia and the spaces of Europe and Africa.

When the sun, the earth and the moon line up, the shade that the planet throws on the satellite makes it look a deep and deep red color that stunned people for thousands of years.

People in Asia, including India and China, were in a better position to see the total eclipse on Sunday, which was also clear on the eastern edge of Africa as well as in western Australia.

The total eclipse of the eclipse lasted from 1730 GMT to 1852 GMT.

The stars in Europe and Africa also got a short opportunity to see a partial eclipse just as the moon rose during the early evening, but the Americas were absent.

Ryan Meligan, an astronomical physicist at Queens University, said the Earth’s fabrics, that the moon appears in red during the lunar eclipse because the only sunlight that reaches “reflects and spreads in the Earth’s atmosphere.”

He told AFP that the blue wavelengths of light are shorter than the red lengths, so they are more easily dispensed while traveling through the Earth’s atmosphere.

“This gives the moon its red and bloody color.”

While special glasses or hole display devices are needed to safely monitor the solar eclipse, all that is required to see the lunar eclipse is the pure weather – the universe in the right place.

The last total of the eclipse was in March this year, while it was before in 2022.

The overall total solar eclipse, when the moon prevents the light from the sun, will be visible in a slice of Europe on August 12, 2026.

Next year – the first on the mainland of Europe will not be only in 2006 – only visible in Spain and Iceland, although other countries will be able to see an important partial eclipse.

In Spain, the overall will be visible in a group of approximately 160 km (100 miles) between Madrid and Barcelona, but you will not see any of the full apparent city.

This will be the first total of the solar eclipse since it swept one across North America in April 2024.
