Apple announced the Apple Watch SE 3 in September, and it comes with some upgrades over the previous model. For starters, the battery can last up to 18 hours, which means most people can enjoy the watch all day long.
In addition, it recharges quickly. Apple says a 15-minute recharge will give you eight hours of battery life. This means you can potentially recharge while watching a show or reading before bed and then turn it back on before bed to track sleep metrics. A 45-minute charging session will bring the battery to 80%, according to Apple.
