In stunning photos that emerged just one day after Elvis Presley’s 91st birthday, the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll appears to be in remarkably good shape for more than nine decades.
Artificial intelligence has imagined what music icon Elvis Presley might look like in the modern era just one day after fans celebrated his birthday. The photos appear the day after the King of Rock and Roll’s 91st birthday on January 8, if he had not sadly died at the age of 42 on August 16, 1977.
Elvis was found in the bathroom of his mansion at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, and it is reported that he died of cardiovascular disease resulting from high blood pressure, after also suffering from a series of health problems.
In fact, Dan Warlick, a chief investigator for the Tennessee Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, who attended King’s autopsy, claimed that his “chronic constipation” contributed to his death.

“Presley’s chronic constipation — the result of years of prescription drug abuse and ingestion of large amounts of fat and cholesterol — led to what is known as the Valsalva maneuver,” he once said.
“Simply put, the pressure from trying to defecate compresses the singer’s abdominal aorta, causing his heart to shut down.”
Known for indulging in Cheeseburger dishes, Elvis abused prescription drugs and weighed 25 stone when he died. He also suffered from eye infections, back pain, insomnia, dizziness, hepatitis, and bleeding ulcers.
Given all this, fans may be surprised to learn that the AI filmed the king looking rather thin. Another aspect that seems unaffected by the king’s age or past struggles is his impressive head.
In one photo, a rugged-looking (and somewhat tanned) Elvis is seen wearing a white sequined suit and salmon-colored shirt, sporting his legendary dark bob and holding a microphone to his mouth.
In the second, a noticeably pale king sits in a wheelchair and wears a frilly white costume that would not look out of place in a Tudor court; Meanwhile, a modern touch is present in the form of Elvis’s signature jewel-encrusted sunglasses.
Elvis also has a stern expression, looking remarkably well in 91 years, and, once again, has a full head of long, luxurious dark hair, which has been swept back from his forehead.
The Suspicious Minds singer was unfortunately dependent on a full-time nurse in the period leading up to his death, and is said to have refused to shower throughout 1975, a refusal that would eventually lead to blisters.
It would be his girlfriend, Ginger Alden, who discovered his body. He was reportedly found face down on the bathroom floor with his pajamas around his ankles, appearing to have fallen from a nearby toilet.
However, Elvis’ musical legacy lives on nearly 50 years after his untimely death, with the King having sold an estimated billion records and starring in an astonishing 31 feature films.
Elvis was one of Hollywood’s biggest box office stars, and to this day remains one of the world’s most popular and recognizable cultural figures.
