Democratic Democratic Greajova won special elections in the battlefield in Arizona, where she won the Congress seat left by her father’s death and increased the erosion of the delicate majority of the Republicans.
The Associated Press reported that Greajova, a former supervisor of Pima Province, defeated the employer and contractor Daniel Potters, the Republican candidate, in the elections on Tuesday in the seventh Congress area in southern Arizona.
Greajova will serve the remaining 15 months of Raul Greghamva, who died in March after the complications of cancer treatment.

The seventh province of Tennessee in Congress, a right -wing seat where Republican Mark Green stepped down in July to take a job in the private sector, is currently vacant. Special elections to fill the seat will be held on December 2.

Greajova, partly due to her family’s name and support for national rock stars, Senator Bernie Sanders from Vermont and MP Alexandria Okasio Cortez from New York, on more than 60 % of the basic vote this summer in the face of five correspondence.

Greajova also said that if she wins, she would immediately fell on a petition from Democratic Representative Roy Khanna from California and Republican Representative Thomas Massi from Kentucky. The petition, which is currently currently, calls for a shy vote of success, to the House of Representatives controlled by the Republican Party to vote to urge the Ministry of Justice to release the files on the perpetrator, the late Jeffrey Ibstein.
During a campaign, Potters was promoting himself as a candidate for a change in a democratic -controlled area since the seat was created more than two decades ago.

Potters, who was lost by Congress candidate at the Republican Party for the year 2024, won the Grand Greenva while Trump was difficult with the southwestern battlefield in the upper part of the poll, easily in the preliminary elections for this summer in the special elections.

While Trump carried Arizona last year after losing in 2020, the Democratic Presidential candidate won 2024 and its president at the time, Kamal Harris at the region, with 23 points.
“The Grachlifa MP has won a hard race. Now, Arzon will have fighters in their corner who will stand in front of Trump on behalf of the families who want to see the real leadership in Washington,” Ken Martin, Chairman of the National Democratic Committee, said in a statement after the race.
