His statement at the time said he needed to “do what’s right for me at this moment in time.” But a day later, the Emmerdale star revealed it was just a publicity stunt.
Along with his brother Scott, they shared a clip on Instagram explaining the reasoning behind their “fake ad.” “Sorry, but we had to get your attention! We have a special announcement to share.”
The announcement, says the twin brother, is “The Thomas Bro Podcast is inviting a BROMIES member (one lucky listener) to be the fourth member of the podcast in an episode!”
When telling fans how to enter, they said they should “record a short video or upload a photo to your story to share 3 reasons why you would be the perfect guest!”
“You can also record a video or upload a photo to Stories, and nominate a friend with three written reasons/reasons on why they would be the perfect guest! All videos must be posted on your Instagram Story and must be tagged @thethomasfam,” the duo adds.
“Good luck and apologies again… Adam isn’t going anywhere and we can’t wait to invite one of you on the podcast with us!” the duo concluded.
